The Old Museum is a detached self-contained holiday home in the historic and picturesque village of Castle Combe. Situated in the lower village it is just short walk (200m) to the village centre with its pubs, cafe and restaurant. The Manor House Golf Club and Castle Combe Circuit are both within in walking distance and the footpath opposite connects up with a series of walks across the land of the Castle Combe Estate and beyond. The accommodation is designed in an open plan layout containing a bedroom area with queen size bed, living room area with a TV, sofa and log burning stove and a well-equipped kitchenette with a table and chairs. We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Wonderfully spacious, private and very comfortable for a lovely relaxing and peaceful weekend. 2 hours from London and a short walk to the award winning Horseshoe pub. Surrounded by peace and tranquility with stunning views. The perfect place for some time away from it all, a romantic getaway, walking in glorious countryside, or just to relax and unwind. Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Bath, Longleat, the New Forest, Studland Bay, Sandbanks and the Jurassic Coast an easy drive.

Cosy self-contained Garden Annexe

Newly redecorated for 2025! From free off street parking at the front of our house the Annexe is accessed by a gate and passageway, discreetly nestled in our pretty garden. It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.

Cosy one bedroom barn conversion

Dating back to 1818, this beautiful recently renovated barn is the perfect setting for those seeking a relaxing getaway. With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.

The Old School House

The accommodation is in an old Victorian School House, built in 1847. Originally, boys and girls entered through different doors and sat at separate desks. although probably huddling closely together around the fire in the cold winters. Today the building is divided between a spacious, comfortable home and a pottery. Many historic features are still visible. You're very welcome to visit the pottery and have a pottery experience.
