The Orchard Studio at Ham Green Cottage is a pretty brick and flint building tucked away in a corner of our truly English country garden. You are completely private. We are family-friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay and warm welcome. We are in a village close to the historic city of Winchester, however our setting is completely rural and quiet. We have a fantastic village pub or there are lots of places to chose from in Winchester itself - the best of both worlds!

Pretty Garden View at Coopers Farmhouse

The garden annexe to Coopers Farmhouse. This self-contained unit is upstairs, above our garage, with a balcony overlooking gorgeous fields and garden. You enter the living room with a mini-kitchen, TV and sitting area and sofa bed (king). Through an archway (no door) and in the bedroom the twin beds can zip together and be made into a lovely big double if required. Finally, an ensuite shower room. A small continental breakfast will be left for your first morning's stay.

With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

Beautiful, well appointed studio annexe in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. South Warnborough is a wonderful place to base yourself for a short stay, nestled in the quiet, rolling countryside of Southern England but with easy access to London and to the South West. The annexe is a cosy oasis hidden in the heart of central Winchester. It’s a completely private en-suite bedroom in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac. The theatre and many of Winchester’s best restaurants are right on your doorstep. The train station and High Street are a 5 minute walk away. 5 minutes in the other direction and you can be in Winnall Moors nature reserve.
