Enjoy watching the sunset from the deck with beautiful hillside and garden views. This enchanting English Tudor home, mixes vintage details with modern amenities. Entry to the unit is through the garage which leads to a small lobby, and then to the stairs to the second story unit. The entire second floor is yours and includes the living room with a vaulted ceiling and dining area, kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove and breakfast bar, 2 bathrooms, both recently remodeled and master bath with a deep soaking tub, large master bedroom with walk in closet, guest bedroom, and balcony with a hillside view. You have access to the second story balcony and the backyard on the ground level. There are patio tables and lounge chairs for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. In the backyard, there are several fruit trees which include cherry, plum, apple, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon and peach. When in season, guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruits. I reside in the unit on the first floor and I am generally available to answer questions or assist if you need anything. Located in historic View Park, a little known picturesque hillside community with panoramic views of the mountains and downtown LA. It's perfectly positioned a mere 9 miles to downtown, 8 miles to LA's most popular beaches, and 5 miles to LAX. To get around the city, you can use Uber, Lyft, or public transportation is also available within less than a mile walk. Guests will be asked to provide a valid photo ID at the time of check in if there is no profile picture.

Cozy modern guest house that is central to all of Los Angeles highly desired destinations (View Park/Windsor Hills). The unit is detached and in the rear of the frontal unit (occupied by myself). Only 5 miles from LAX, 7 miles from the heart DTLA, and close to Santa Monica, Silicon and Venice Beaches(The Forum,Nokia,Staples too). The bedroom has a Queen size bed inside and a couch that folds out in the living room. DirecTV(HBO), NetFLIX, and Hulu are installed on the living room TV too (4Free).

It is about 20 min away from Venice Beach, LAX, Downtown LA, Hollywood. You have everything you need in this peaceful and spacious suite. Note our apartment is not suitable for children or infants, prefer to host adults only. Also, the apartment is open concept, so there is no door to the bedroom.

This guest house was built in 2023 and is in one of LA’s best neighborhoods. This quiet million dollar historic neighborhood is centrally located minutes from SoFi, the Form, YouTube Theater, Beverley Hills, downtown LA and the beach. Free parking directly in front of house. Full bath and kitchen with full-size refrigerator,  convection oven/microwave, electric stove top and washer and dryer. Queen size bed, and queen couch/bed. All windows have blackout shades.

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
