Modern, cosy completely self-contained annex with use of front garden and summer house. Sleeps 4 with kingsize bed upstairs on a mezzanine and pull out double sofa bed downstairs. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and clothes line for use by the parking space. Self check-in with key-box. Large, modern bathroom with heated towel rail and electric shower. Ideal location for walking and cycling. Only 5 minutes drive to Peppa Pig World and 25 minutes to the beautiful coast and beaches.

Charming room in a peaceful location just 5 minutes walk from Ashurst New Forest Train Station, and a 10 walk away from being deep in the Forest. There are many local pubs and eateries & & shops and a bus stop at the end of the road for buses towards Southampton, Lyndhurst or Lymington, with links to explore the region and a short train journey will take you to Bournemouth for the beaches! There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from.

Lymington is a coastal town with unique shops and cafes as well as scenic walks along the Quay. Beaulieu is also a must to visit with very scenic walks from Beaulieu River to Bucklers Hard.

Beautiful, large Shepherd's Hut (20' x 12') in your own peaceful, private space between the garden & the fields - perfect to explore the New Forest. Bring your walking shoes, bikes & horses. Beautiful place for artists, yoga and meditation. There's a stream for you to go and sit by and you can often see deer in the fields next to you. Sit by the firepit and listen to the owls. More ponies, cattle, donkeys wander down the lane past the house than cars. An idyllic escape.

Light and cosy self-contained annex is located down a quiet street close to the New Forest. A five minute walk will take you to the forest where you will often meet New Forest ponies and cows. There are also plenty of local pubs in close proximity and a local shop. There is plenty to do such as walks and bike rides in the forest, shopping trips in Lyndhurst. For families and little ones, it’s less than 15 minutes drive to Paultons Park where you find Peppa Pig World.
