The village takes its name from John O'Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster. From the cottage you can visit Stonehenge and Salisbury, the New Forest National Park or Bournemouth and Poole for coastal activities. Our 500 acre farm is part of Kingston Lacy estate. The village of Sturminster Marshll has a lovely village pub only about 2 miles from the farm. Lots of good walking and cycling routes near by
