Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

Our vacation home by the lake is an ideal retreat and recreation area. The bungalow, which is built with a lot of wood, has a nice living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom, another sleeping area on the lower floor and two bathrooms. From the fully glazed dining area you have a wide view of the garden and the lake. Another lake for swimming is right next door. The cottage is set amidst a very quiet, small vacation home settlement.

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. The 4 separate apartments - all with their own bathrooms - leave enough room to retreat. At the same time, you can all cook, eat and chill in front of the fireplace together in the large kitchen. There is a large sun terrace, a barbecue behind the house, a Bolzplatz, a climbing frame and a sauna. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes' walk, about 800 m away.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
