Rosa was great was accommodating to our requests. The place is quite central to Surabaya and close to lots of places. House is also very big for the price that you pay!

The place is comfortable, it's just that the air conditioning in the room is not cold. It looks like you need maintanance. Then it can be equipped with basic furniture such as a closet for the room, a water dispenser and hangers in the bathroom.

unit can be for 6 people that is 2 people each in 2 rooms and 2 more on the sofa bed. there is a water heater that works very well, the ac works well and is very cold. check-in and check-out is easy. access to the mall is also very easy through the apartment lobby. the host instructions are also very convenient for parking and apartment access. very good location & very well recommended

This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

the unit is clean, the checkin is seamless, cutlery and others are complete, but for sure this is 1 building with pakuwon mall so it's easy if you want to go around. thank you.

Its on a very nice location. Easy access to the mall. Place is clean but a bit worn off. Aircons are cold. Bed are comfortable. Hopefully they can provide us bath towels instead of the small one. Will definitely come back for another stay

Complete facilities, clean, and a great location for families. Most importantly: pet-friendly. The area is also excellent for pets, with many parks and a peaceful environment. The host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time.
