This delightful cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for those looking to explore both the East Coast and the rolling hills of the Wolds. Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. The property is a three bedroom detached cottage . All of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 have a balconly with a wonderful sea view. The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.
