The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Discover this idyllic and beachside oasis nestled within the villa district in the western spa area. The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea.
