The cottage is located in Wartowo, which is part of the summer village of Kołczewo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Wolin commune, near the largest lake of the island - Koprowo. The area has excellent conditions for hiking, cycling and fishing, and for beach lovers there is a beautiful stretch of the Baltic coastline. The nearest beach is less than 2 km from the property (Świętouść), and a wild beach is located in the Wolin National Park. Provided: - free parking - free Wi-Fi

Apartment on the Szczecin Lagoon

Our holiday apartment is situated on a peninsula in a unique location – on one side, it is just 100 metres from Lake Neuwarp, and on the other side, it is only about 80 metres from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and leisurely walks by the water. In our small town, you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. There is a supermarket only about 500 metres from the flat. The beautiful city of Szczecin is located approximately an hour's drive from us.

Słoneczny Zakątek is a resort located in the village of Strzeżewo, near Łukęcin. It consists of 5 comfortable cottages, a playground, a barbecue area, a large swimming pool with heated water, a Russian banya, bicycles, ping-pong, a trampoline, and a football field. The cottages are less than 3000 meters from the sea, to which a safe path leads. Our cottages are of high standard and comfortable. We provide all guests with parking spaces in the resort. The entire resort is fenced.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit also a large Tini house, and it was once until almost 80 years ago a small stable, whose outer walls are also preserved. Since then it has served as a guest domicile. Inside, everything is completely modernly renovated and has underfloor heating. Very important to mention is the bunk bed, there is only one double bunk bed for sleeping... if that is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

The apartment in the separate garden house is 44 square metres in size and features large sliding glass doors that lead onto the sun terrace. It can accommodate 2 people. The custom-made kitchen with dining area is luxuriously equipped and opens onto the living area with a cosy couch corner. The bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) is separated by a modern room divider. It has an en suite bathroom with natural light.

There is a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a kitchen. We rent our vacation home all year round. The Kaiserbäder are 20 km away. Stolpe itself does not yet charge a tourist tax. The apartment is 40 square meters large.
