It has a high-quality box-spring sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen-living room, a luxurious bathroom and a sleeping area with a box-spring bed. An outdoor parking space is included.

Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.
