Since December 4, 2023, we have been the proud owners of our vacation home at Beach Resort in Makkum. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, and is very complete. The house is nicely centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! 't Achterdijkje is a centrally located studio in the authentic fishing village of 'Makkum'. The studio is small but nice, and has everything you need to get away from it all. The view of the sea dike and the masts of the ships in the harbor makes it the perfect location for rest and relaxation. From the front door, you can walk up the dike and have a view of the IJsselmeer and the port of Makkum. The center of Makkum is around the corner, and the beach is also close by!

De Waard van Hidaard

On the Hidaard mound, you will stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house has a spacious kitchen-diner and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. If you book for 2 people, you will get the ground floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. Wake up to the sound of birdsong, panoramic views and the cosy warmth of the wood-burning stove.

In 2022, we built our vacation home in this unique location and it has all the comforts! Whether you are cooking together in the luxury kitchen or hanging out on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove, you will notice the intimate atmosphere and the beautiful light everywhere. The house is located directly on open water and has a large veranda. With the village and beach within cycling distance, this is a wonderful place to recharge.
