Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Littlebarn has a generous living area with well stocked kitchen, lounge and bathroom, all on the ground floor. A double sofabed will easily sleep 2. This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). High speed internet.

A smart, well equipped converted building. The space is beautifully furnished to a high standard and is light and airy throughout. Modern wet room with walk in shower and fully fitted kitchen. Ample parking with a small private patio. The village of Rode is an ideal location for a trip to Bath, Bradford on Avon, Longleat, or Stonehenge. There are plenty of lovely walks, a PO with a shop and two pubs all within walking distance. We allow one dog free of charge, extra will be £15 per night.

The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.

Chatley Studio, Norton St. Philip, Bath BA2 7NP

Chatley Studio won an award for its unique architecture. It has great views and is perfect for art and culture. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. It is close to Bath and much more. The Studio is at the bottom of my garden with amazing views of the countryside and the White Horse at Westbury. If you are lucky, you will see some sheep.
