Right next to a boat ramp, peaceful and quiet only 20 minutes to Yamba, Iluka and Maclean. There is something really special about this place. Absolute river frontage means you can swim, fish or just relax. The huge riverside deck gives comfortable outdoor living in both summer and winter, and the antique claw foot bath gives a fun outdoor bath experience.

It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.
