The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living area in a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. The cottage has a private outdoor area with a garden, direct access to the lake, an open terrace and a barbecue.A SUP is available free of charge.

The Waldhaus is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and saunaota.

The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic village of 26 inhabitants surrounded by (almost) unspoiled nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area without superlatives. Everything is very normal without major attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.

The house is in a cul-de-sac in a quiet location overlooking the Wipperau. The town center, the lake and a bus stop are within walking distance. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
