The apartment (75 m²) is on the 2nd floor of a two-family house and has two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony with direct views of the sea and the beautiful garden. The bedrooms have a 1.60 x 2 m and 1.40 x 2 m bed. The living room is comfortably furnished. A washing machine and dryer are available, the kitchen is well equipped.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property.
