There is a fire pit for evening s’mores, fire wood is provided. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. No pets allowed.

Looking to get away from it all? This cozy log cabin sits alone on a rise overlooking fields of sunflowers, where the deer & antelope graze and Kara Creek runs lazily through the valley. Guests are welcome to hike, fish Kara Creek, or fish the 11 acre pond stocked with trout (many over 20 inches) and large mouth bass. JMA Granary

If you're looking for a unique stay - you've come to the right place. The JMA Granary is quiet, cozy and comfortable! The restroom and shower at the JMA Crows Nest is just a short walk away. We have a nice port-a-potty in the outhouse, next to the Granary. The shower is not available in the winter months. Your nearest neighbors are a few horses, Harley the sheep, lots of cute rabbits, five Muscovy ducks and three chickens. The granary is 15' in diameter, has air conditioning, heat and Wifi.

This cabin is located on 9 acres of private property with 3 other houses it has a fenced in yard for kids to play and dogs to run. The deer creek is just a stone's throw away from the cabin as well as a park for kids to play. Deer Creek Pony Express used to be a home station for the pony express route and the Oregon trail. The pony express ran from 1860 to 1861, and it ran from St. Joseph Missouri to Sacramento California. Come and enjoy this historical property.
