Kinver Edge View Annexe
We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

A cosy cottage situated just 2 minutes from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Bewdley and a gentle stroll to the River Severn. Fern Cottage offers an exceptional location. Ground floor has twin beds and an ensuite shower room. The first floor living space has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Off road parking for one car and a private courtyard garden.
