Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Xico

We had a great stay here, everything was very clean and had great amenities to use from the kitchen to the bathroom and other supplies. The door in and out was super easy with no key and just a code! Plenty of steps and a little much with lots of luggage but I will say the steps are worth it with the height at which the place is at with it’s incredible balcony! By far its best feature and was used my myself and my partner the most especially around midday as the sun was in perfect position. The only unfortunate things I will say about the place is the water pressure, in the kitchen sink mostly but also the bathroom one. This made washing up near to impossible with the pressure of the sink and also with zero hot water out of that tap too.

It's a home that makes you feel right at home!!!It has everything to rest and even if you make home office!!!! Super equipped!!!!!!!!!! It is more amazing when you see it live!!!!!!🥰😍

Katie was always attentive to our needs, was friendly and made us feel at home, she was always aware of if we needed anything. The space is according to a place like Xalapa and is located about 10 / 15 minutes away from downtown. Everything excellent.

Great little studio with a very good stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and a door to a front terrace front the bathroom (this is a different terrace from the one in the pictures). Location couldn't be better; within 5-10 minutes walk, you can be in Juarez Park, or Los Lagos, or the bus stop to Coatepec or Xico.

Safiya is an exclente host , nos trwto very well supportphones , advising us and being very kind , she is always cooking DELICIOUS things!! and sharing of those delicacies , a beautiful view, private , the estacinamiento sometimes complicates but not her fault, highly recommended

The house is located in an excellent location, which made it easier to comply with our vacation plan to visit different magical villages and coffee route. The hosts were always in touch with us, very friendly and helpful. We will reoccupy the house on upcoming vacations.

Excellent apartment, spacious for 4 people, pet friendly and in a good location where you could walk to the city center, excellent host also always on the slope.

Make the place a lot of peace

The space is spacious and super quiet, Ma. Luisa is a great host. Xalapa is very well connected and the area is especially quiet. Doing home office in the house is perfect.

The apartment is very clean and tidy, with everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant stay. You can see the care in every detail. Communication with Leticia was always very good, attentive and kind at all times. I would definitely recommend her as a host and would stay in her place again. Thank you for everything!

A space full of harmony and good taste, without a doubt one of my best stays, enjoy the space a lot, spacious and clean spaces, comfortable beds and everything you need to feel at ease and a little or more, it was really an excellent stay, I would stay again with a huge taste. Giovani is an excellent host, always attentive, always quick response to all needs and doubts .

The place fully complies with the description and its location is very convenient for sightseeing. Clean and complete also has details that make you feel at home like board games and room decoration. For easy parking I recommend talking to the host, but otherwise 10/10
