The location is very good, only a 5 minutes walk from Feng Chia Night market. There is also an OK Mart and a self service Laundromat within 2 minutes from the building. The room condition was acceptable for the price. Anna is an amazing host. She responds to questions promptly and clearly.

Great views out of the corner windows! Plenty of room and good storage with built-in cabinets and drawers.

I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

Had about 5-week stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, the host and hostess are both very responsive and accommodating. Interiors are clean, contemporary, and visually relaxing not overly decorated. It is a great place for a family to stay and feels like home. Most of all, the location is excellent where shops for everyday needs and public transportations are both within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely coming back.

This is located in a very small alley, and the elevator at the door is old, but the moment you enter the door, the whole light is bright, no matter the furniture, cleanliness, comfort is very top, basically the same as the photos provided on the internet, it feels like home. Pillows, mattresses are very comfortable, super sleepy, big push!! The host was always responsive, not having to worry about being unreachable.

Very comfortable space for 2 at the central of Taichung! Place came with galaxy lights which was v cool! nice touch. Place was well kept and clean. Easy access for guests with auto locks on all doors. Fuss free experience!
