Apartment holiday rentals in Xitun District

We had a great stay in this apartment. Very nice and clean studio, comfortable bed, amenities as described. Although it is located on a busy room, it was extremely quiet thanks to great soundproofing. Easy to access with self check-in. Lots of restaurants around, in the malls or outside. Closest self-service laundry was 5-10min walk.

We had a fantastic couple of nights stay. Close to bus stop, shopping and food places. Great view from room and very quiet in the night for sleeping. Highly recommend

The host is nice, the room is clean and tidy, the only disadvantage is that the space is a little small, and the rest is good!

Cozy units for 12 people, each room has 1 toilet. Great location, easy to find good foods nearby. Especially love the morning stalls selling tasty sandwiches, egg rolls, rice balls. Night time, food stalls and shops are at the doorstep. Very convenient, easy access. Andy is a super nice host and very helpful+fast responding to our calls. 谢谢你Andy😄

Host very friendly and gave clear instructions. He came out to fetch us because of an event, our driver cannot drive in to the small road. However, the place is really small and have to climb a flight of stairs to Level 2. Not suitable if you have tons of luggage or old people who cannot climb stairs. No bath towel provided, only face towels. Location is right in Fengjia night market. Suitable if u wanna stay a night at Taichung.

Good environmental service overall, easy access, worth referring

The old house was remodeled, the whole place was clean and bright, and there was plenty of room and living room space!Very suitable for a small gathering of friends and families ~ The bed is easy to sleep in, there is a market nearby on foot in the morning, there are many local snacks, and there are also many food options at night, it is very convenient!Parking on the street is also easy to find, I like it very much ~ ~ Recommended for everyone (´▽ ´)

Flexible check-in time, tidy room, welcoming, kind, attentive maintenance of the home environment, equipped with a coffee machine that can be used, recommend a hot cup of coffee in the morning to start your day!

Lynn's home was a wonderful place to stay during my 2 month trip in Taiwan. The decor and ambiance of the place was very artsy and inviting which was a nice change from the usual hotels I stayed at. The location is pretty convenient, within a 10minute drive to most large department stores and shopping centers. Restaurants are abundant all throughout the neighborhood so you'll never go hungry and the area is quite safe so stroll around in the evening. I'd definitely recommend Lin's place to anyone looking to spend some time in Taichung.

I had a great stay here. The room is very spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view that made the stay even more relaxing. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and offered plenty of helpful information about the local area, which made it easy to explore and enjoy nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Very hood location in town , convenient to walk sogo is just opposite the street, and the host is very good as my flight is delayed able to help me arrange transport to airport in mid night time , thank you so much to the host .

The rooms were perfect for a couple of days in Taichung, walkable distance from feng chia market. Andy was very helpful in checking in and very responsive

I was looking for a place to stay in Taichung for a family trip and booked it. This is my second trip to Taichung, and I was worried that the location would be ambiguous because it was somewhat far from famous restaurants for Koreans.. Rather, it was good!! It's a building, but it's divided into three buildings, so it's in a building that feels like an accommodation building, a hotel building, and a shopping mall. It was nice to have a convenience store, Starbucks, and a restaurant in the shopping mall on the first floor! There is also a department store across the street! In particular, it was nice to be able to buy a shortcut every day at the shopping mall fruit store. You can store your luggage on the first floor in advance, and there is also a luggage storage locker in the basement of the shopping mall, so I used it well. When I moved, I took a taxi, and I was able to go to some places within 8,000 won of Korean money. There was no bedroom door in the accommodation, but it was a L-shaped structure, so it was nice to be able to use it like a separate space. Especially, the bathroom's water pressure was really, really strong, so it was the best haha Shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are provided, and I stayed for 3 days, and only one towel was provided per person.. We recommend bringing extra towels!! It was on a high floor, so the night view was great, and the whole family loved it.🙂 There are three elevators, so even though it's on a high floor, there's a waiting time. There were very few! The host also reflected the request well, and it was nice that he responded kindly and quickly!! I think I was satisfied in many ways and had a comfortable stay. If I go on a trip to Taichung again next time, I want to stay again!!
