Strictly only one onsite car space available. Located right in the centre of town. You have everything at your fingertips. No Air con but lots of windows with breeze. Cafes, clubs, shops, beaches. Just 30sec walk to get a coffee. 2-5 minute walk to Beach, river, ferry wharf, golf club, bowling club and the famous Pacific hotel. Big open space lounge and dining. '' when you walk downstairs it feels like something fun going to happen '' thanks Oli , it can't be said better !. It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.
