Holiday rentals with lake access in Yass Valley Council

We had a wonderful stay at Crace! The home was beautifully presented—spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—peaceful, family-friendly, and a short drive to all the major Canberra attractions. Vivian was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided helpful local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. Maxxs place was a real find. We were in the area for a family wedding and needed a place with multiple and flexible options for many family members. This was perfect for us. It is in a beautiful location with a description that all the family describing it as quirky. There were so many delightful finds and it is clear that there are more work being done. about 12 kms from the centre of Murrumbateman, and next to the chocolate place, this was the combination of peace and access. Each room has beautiful view to the dam/lake and the wildlife is abundant. The addition of domesticated chickens and alpacas were a delight for the children. The bunk room was ideal for the children to do what they wanted. We would definitely recommend.

We love staying at Helens place, it is always perfect for our group when visiting Canberra!

William is a great host. Stayed with him before. Very approachable. Very thoughtful. Always everything you need. William in particular equips his places excellently. Always milk eggs cooking oil etc so you don’t have to go shopping immediately.

We had a great stay, it was the perfect place for us to stay in temporarily before moving into a new house. Great location next to a Woolies, and being able to access the tram was very convenient to get to the city. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A great location - very close to the lake and an easy walk to the Yarralumla shops where there is a small supermarket, artisan bakery, pharmacy and some restaurants. The apartment is as described - it was clean and comfortable and Julia was very easy to communicate with - but not much communication was required as everything was very smooth. Thank you Julia

The apartment was exactly as described, super clean and well set up. Perfect location being next to Westfield and the views over the lake are stunning. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very comfortable, beautiful views, easy access to lifts, everything you need in the kitchen & a balcony for morning coffee. We didn’t use the pool but it was beautiful & clean & was enjoyed by families.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and inviting. It was also well equipped. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were a great spot to eat or for a drink. Close proximity to other restaurants, cinema and the lake. If you like exercise you can take a great walk up Black Mountain. Daniel was an attentive and considerate host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed one night in Alex's place. She is a wonderful host; responsive and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The place does get a bit of foot and road traffic as it is located next to a carpark. The blinds were getting fixed therefore we got a lot of car headlights and street light into the apartment at night and early morning. In saying that, I would definitely stay here again if I visit Canberra in the future.

Paul was the best host, great communication, helpful and flexible to our needs. The apartment was immaculate and in a great location, quiet, with water views and minutes from great facilities. Secure underground car parking was an added bonus. Highly recommend the apartment and the host.
