Located in a quiet and peaceful area of Rize, surrounded by nature, Espenika Bungalow combines comfort and elegance. It offers a private accommodation experience that is entirely yours and where privacy is paramount. *** The last 10 metres before arriving at our house have a 30% incline. Guests who cannot drive up must walk up this ramp and climb 10 steps to reach our house. Guests with leg problems should take this into consideration when making a reservation.
