In the Parish of the riverside villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo near to the Devon coast and beautiful beaches.

The Pod is beautifully presented and well maintained, and there’s plenty of private outside space for relaxing and taking a dip in the covered 3 person Hot Tub. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Semi Rural. Access to our property is via a Private Road and secure gates, there is plenty of room to park. Our private suite has access via the back of the property. Here you have a patio to enjoy stunning views over the countryside. This idyllic setting is perfect for couples or those on business. Situated in the South Hams close to the Ocean City of Plymouth and on the edge of Dartmoor an area of outstanding Natural beauty. Note; Transport is essential we are not on a local bus route.

Best described as a large ground floor apartment with own front door, kitchen, bed sitting room & shower room. An hotel would call it a deluxe suite

We have fitted our barn out to the highest standard and look forward to having you! We have created a wonderful outdoor space for BBQs, alfresco eating with stunning views and sun all day long. For an extra pamper we have put a free-standing bath in the main double bedroom with views over the fields beyond! Please note we do don't provide linen for 2 night stays, only 3 nights or more, thank you! 1 small dog allowed by prior agreement only for a nightly charge.
