You don't have to worry about contacting other people as you use the entire house and garden by yourself. We prioritize cleanliness. All used items are collected and cleaned. Pets are not allowed and if caught, you will be removed without refund. Our house is using stored electric hot water. When you two take a shower in a row, the hot water comes out well, but it's hard for the three people in a row. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to heat up the hot water. It is an unmanned system that has a different feeling of scenery in spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and allows you to take enough rest. You can use a hammock in spring and autumn because we install seasonal items. In summer, you can use the swimming pool (July 15-August 15) and camping chairs. In-room bedding is provided according to the number of people entering the room for 2 people.

Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. It would also be ideal to listen to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m size, not available from October to June) and awaken new senses. Most of the space is handmade by the father and son, and is full of affection. There are three rooms in total, including one without a door, and two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

"온수안내" 솔하우스는 심야 보일러를 사용합니다. 저녁11시~아침10시(통전시간)까지 온수탱크에 온도를 높이는데 20~30명 정도 인원의 샤워, 설겆이 정도는 모두 커버가 됩니다.(500L) 그러나 이용고객 한분이 사우나정도의 긴 시간(30분~1시간)을 사용하게 되면 온수온도가 낮아지게 됩니다. 긴 시간의 샤워를 하시고자 한다면, 통전시간(저녁11시~아침10시)내에 하시는 것을 추천드립니다. 그러면 모든 이용손님이 사용하시는데 불편이 없으실 겁니다. 감사합니다.
