The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The Little Dairy, at Watercombe Farm is ideally situated, being only a fifteen minute walk into Yeovil Town centre. We are also only a short walk from, Bournemouth University Campus, Westland Entertainment Centre and Abbey Manor Business Park, most of which can be reached via footpaths. A five minute drive will take you to the historic village of Montecute, leading onto the Chinnocks, Chiselborough and Norton Sub Hamdon, all of which are ideal for walking, cycling or simply a pub lunch.

Renovated to a high standard, beautifully furnished, spacious and sunny with stunning views and easy access to the Somerset levels. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with smart TV, dining area overlooking the orchard and newly fitted bathroom. Large garden and hot tub for you to enjoy. Walking distance to a well stocked village shop and local country pub.

This two bedroom period house has been recently refurbished. It has en suite toilets to both bedrooms and a downstairs bathroom with separate bath and shower. There are two living rooms and a large fitted kitchen. There is no garden but a small outside sitting area. The house is two minutes walk of our local pub which provides good value food and drink. Castle Cary's attractive town centre with its many historic buildings is an eight minute walk. Street parking with no restrictions.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Little Dyke Head is the guest annexe to Dyke Head, built in approx. 1880 and originally part of the Leweston Manor Estate. The accommodation is newly remodelled and provides all facilities for short or extended stays in lovely rural Dorset. The grounds to Dyke Head are surrounded by woodland and apple orchards and there are many walks from the house. We are an hour by car to the Jurassic Coast.
