Hotel holiday rentals in Yerevan

Very friendly, nice and respectful staff, check-in was great, lobby staff were sooo friendly. they brought us free sweats, tea and nuts. Also everything was very clean. Very quiet place. Defenitly I will reserve room from this hotel for my future visits in Armenia. Recommended to everyone for sure!

Our stay was good and everything was smoothly done. The admin/host/reception was also helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and the service of the hotel was excellent. The hotel was in 2 minutes walk from Cascade, the neighbourhood was quite. Stores and cafes can be found nearby. We also needed a room with 2 separate beds and they were very kind to keep it free for our arrival. However there was one problem. While booking our room, breakfast was listed along with other amanities, yet later we were told that the price of the room did not include said breakfast. This wouldn't have been an issue normally, but we booked this hotel specifically because of the inclueded breakfast.

This was a great experience. My fist time that I was using the abnb, and my host delivered exceptional service and hospitality. I was their with my family for almost a week, and we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time, and we will go there again if we decide to travel to the same area again.

Very clean place , kitchen has everything you need . Two bathrooms right outside your door . Room is small . The hostel is on the fifth floor and no elevator something to consider. But Sean was very helpful. He helped us bring our luggage up . And he was flexible with the check out time since we arrived very late and we have an infant. Highly recommend

A great and an affordable place to stay in the centre of Yerevan!

Отличное место для проживания . Чисто , уютно , комфортно , все удобство есть и очень хорошие , не далеко от центра , рядом много магазинов и ресторанов . Очень добродушный и отзывчивый хозяин . У меня было непредвиденная ситуация и мне очень помог хозяин , горничные вежливые и отзывчивые . Очень важно , что не шумно и есть классное местечко где можно поработать как в офисе или просто проводить беседу. Рекомендую и спасибо хозяину.

I booked it because of location, its very close to airport and to have a rest during flight change was very convenient. The owner was extremely friendly, helped with taxi and I needed to print tickets due to demand of airline company and it was late at night and they managed to help me. Very grateful for the hospitality and help! I will definitely come back
