Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Yeşilyurt

I can say that it was the most beautiful holiday,I felt like I was in heaven. The beauty of the house, the view, the silence, the garden, etc. was great. There are a few flaws, but I can go by saying the thorn of the rose. Sometimes you want to go through and tell a lot of beautiful things, but the words were a vacation at that point:) Thanks for everything.🫶

It was a very pleasant experience for us to stay in this house in Ayvalik. The house is completely in line with the description in the advertisement; it was very comfortable in terms of both its decoration and the amenities it provided. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was spotless. The location is very central, we could easily get to most places on foot. We especially appreciated the cute garden of the house. Ms. Nevay and Mr. Bülent are really kind and friendly people. They were caring and helpful throughout the entire process, and we felt very comfortable. In addition to getting to know Ayvalık, it was a pleasure for us to get to know two beautiful people.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house by the sea and in a large garden. The house is very clean and very useful, the environment created by the olive trees is very pleasant. A unique option for those who aim for a peaceful and quiet holiday. It is great to be able to enter the sea right in front of the house. We would like to thank Vana and Nicolas for their complete hospitality and help.

We were very satisfied with the stay. Ms. Çağla was very interested from the beginning to the end of the process. She informed me about everything. The house was a very nicely decorated village house as seen in the pictures. It was very well cleaned. All kinds of needs were considered, and if you had immediate needs, it was provided immediately. We enjoyed spending time by the stove and on the terrace. Great home we can recommend...

We had the perfect Greek island holiday, with a well-appointed house, less than a minute's walk to a really quiet part of the beach, where our own sunbeds were set out. No more than 5 minute's walk to the local shop and nearest restaurants. We had all we needed to relax and enjoy our stay! Markus and Nikola were so warm and friendly and Regina greeted us on arrival to show us around the house even though we were over an hour late due to a delayed flight. Inside the house was not just super clean but also really stylish, with cool contemporary polished concrete and reclaimed stone and wood as well as super huge sofas and cushions. Our top favourite was the polished concrete staircase! The house is in a quiet part of Petra, among by other houses which look out to the beach. Would highly recommend. Air conditioning is super efficient in the downstairs rooms; the upstairs kitchen and living room is warmer but manageable with the fans provided. There are always cool rooms to relax in.

We will not forget the 5 days we spent in this house, which has all kinds of comfort in the peaceful quiet neighborhood, with extremely gulerious, hospitable and helpful neighbors. I hope you can meet again. We would like to thank our host, Ms. Gülay. It was our first time in Ayvalık, but it will definitely not be the last.

The house is very nice. Very close to places to visit. You can walk around all of Ayvalik. A wonderfully restored Greek house. Very convenient for families with children. The only problem is that the house is a little up and the streets are narrow to reach the house. But the advantage of being upstairs is that it has a sea view. If you want to stay in a Greek house, this is more or less all Greek houses. Thank you Mr. Nurullah. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

The host was friendly, the house was clean and in a nice place, we had a nice stay.

We were very well accommodated. We were never disturbed. We had our vacation as if we were in our own home. Everything was very nice.

I absolutely fell in love with this adorable apartment as soon as I stepped in! There is a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding hillsides, with a terrace to sit on and enjoy the view. I had an extended two week stay, and was able to prepare many meals in the well stocked kitchen (though there are many excellent walkable restaurants to choose from). Molyvos is a very hilly village and the apartment is fairly close to the main road, but be sure you are able to walk your luggage up a short yet steep cobblestone path. I hope this will be my new "home" each year when I visit Lesvos. Thank you!! <3

Apartment Kolichy is a great place to stay as one or two family in Molyvos. You feel yourself as a local since it is located in the bazaar street and be familiar with kind shoopkeepers. Really thanks to kind host Myrisini for her nice gifts and such a clean apartment.

We were lucky enough to stay two weeks in this wonderful house. Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed taking in the view from the veranda. Katerina is a wonderful, responsive host who goes out of her way to make sure her guests needs are met.

Mr. Tamer was kind and helpful; his communication was good. Her instructions at the entrance to the house and thereafter were also on point. When we come to the house, the house was a really pleasantly furnished house. A house with much more than it looks in the photos. There are 4 independent rooms and a living room, a crowded team of 7 people like us was very pleased. From kitchen supplies to other appliances, there's everything you're looking for. You can reach the aquarium bay from the house to the car in 5 minutes. It is also 12-13 minutes away from the center. You can watch the moon rise from the other while witnessing a magnificent sunset on the terrace of the house. From now on, the address we will stay during our visits to the island is clear :)

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

Very pleasant bay house in a great location. Everything is spotless and thought out. But most importantly, Mr. Samet was the most wonderful host I've ever met. Thanks to their suggestions, our vacation was even more enjoyable than we expected. Thank you so much. I hope to meet you again:)

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

I chose this place to stay with my friends in view of my wedding. We were greeted by Marianthi's mother, Mrs. Anna, who is a great person. She was friendly, willing to help us with anything we needed, and welcoming. Generally, it was a great experience. Thank you for everything! Eleni and Fotis

Everything was very nice. The host was very accommodating and the energy of the house was excellent. Next time we go to Cunda island, we don't have to stay:)

We had a very nice holiday for 6 people +1 baby for 5 nights. As it appears in the photos of the house, all the needs that may be are very thought out, there is air conditioning and a bathroom on each floor/room, the general cleaning of the house is very good, we used the linens and towels with peace of mind, we did not have any problems. The fact that the house has its own beach and the possibility of sun loungers was a great advantage, since we stayed in September, the beach was very calm and pleasant. We even used the bikes in the photos:) Mr. Harun gave detailed information about the house and places to go on the first day, and he was very helpful with everything until the last day, thank you very much to him and his family. Hope to stay again as a family.
