Magic Island: Cabin & Beach Sauna on Your Own Island

Welcome to experience of the unique Taikasaari, located in Väärinjärvi, Ruovesi! The island's cottage and beach sauna were built in the 1950s and renovated with modern amenities. The entire 2000 m² island is for your private use, without any visual contact with other cottages or houses. The cottage has electricity, but no running water. The wood sauna has carrying water and a water pot for heating the water. The sauna terrace has direct access to the lake. The toilet is an outdoor toilet. Please note that the property is not suitable for small children.

Traditional cottage in Näsijärvi

This cozy cabin is by Lake Näsijärvi. The cabin has electricity and running water. The sauna’s water tank heats up washing water in the traditional way—so there is no shower. Water is shallow at the cottage but totally suitable for swimming. An outhouse is about 15 meters from the cabin. The lake is 10 meters from the porch. Parking next to the cabin. A rowing boat and two SUP boards are available. The town of Virrat is 16 km away, and the nearest grocery store, K-Market Visuvesi, is 5 km away.

Peace and nature in a cottage by a lake

Saunacottage on lake Parannesjärvi in Virrat, 300km north of Helsinki. 30m2 log-house, built in 2005 with 100m of own shoreline. Owners live on same 1,4ha property, 70m away. In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.

Terraced house two-room apartment 40m2 with sauna close to nature

The apartment has a kitchenette, mh, toilet-shower-sauna. Cooking facilities (dishes in use), coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer. Coffee, tea, sugar and salt are available :) Bed linen included. In the bedroom, only a 160 cm wide bed. A sofa that can be spread out in the living room. For families with children, there is a high chair, a travel bed, a potty and a children's bathtub. Heating / cooling with air heat pump. Tablet TV WiFi/fixed fiber connection included.

Tuuliniemi - Beautiful cottage and sauna by the lake

Beautiful 2019 renovated cottage and wood-fired sauna offering great steam. The property is beautifully located on the shore of the lake, in Karhela, Ylöjärvi. About half an hour from Tampere. Sleeps four. Plus one mattress. Well-equipped kitchen. Potable and hot water. Electricity. TVx2. Air heat pump. Gas grill on the terrace. Rowboat available. The beach is not a so-called wading beach, but you can comfortably swim from the pier. Pets are not allowed in this place.

Rentoudu Lomajärvisessä järven äärellä rauhallisessa Kotalan kylässä lähellä Virtain kaupunkia. Mökissä oma sähkösauna. Huomioithan, että majoittaja asuu samassa pihapiirissä. Rannassa kesäisin käytettävissä rantasauna, SUP-lauta ja vene jaetusti majoittajan kanssa. Rantasauna ei ole talvikäytössä. Huomioithan, että liinavaatteet ei kuulu hintaan. Mahdollisuus vuokrata liinavaatteet hintaan 10€/hlö. Mahdollisuus pyykinpesuun majoittajan luona 5€/koneellinen pyykkiä.

The cottage is situated high on a hillside, with sunny terraces that receive light from the lake side all day—from morning until evening The yard features a total of approximately 200 square meters of terrace space, spread across five different levels following the hillside’s natural contours. Each terrace offers its own unique and stunning view of the lake.

Amazing Villa Huvikumpu, Luxe Log Villa

Lapin henkeä ja luksusta majesteettisessa kelohuvilassa lähellä Tamperetta. Yksityinen ja rauhallinen kohde, jossa voit halata kelotukkeja (ympärys jopa 180 cm!), pelata ammattilaistason snookeria ja nauttia kahden saunan löylyistä. Rentoudu rantasaunassa ja virkisty lähdevesilammessa, jonne vie 90 m pitkä laituri. In summertime it's also possible to sleep in a yurt (Mongol tent) on the yard. You can use the old log house sauna and swim in the lake. Kayaks and a row boat available. The destination is great for all kind of groups and people.

Holiday home A holiday home located in Kuorevesi is for rent. The apartment has its own beach, a traditional wooden sauna and a beach sauna. Four bedrooms, a kitchen, two living rooms, two toilets and a bathroom. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Dishes and bed linen for everyone. The rowboat is also available.
