The cottage accommodates 6+2 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails (500m), slopes (1.5km) and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen facing the northern sky, you can admire the mountain landscape and, in the evenings, see the starry sky and the flames of the northern lights. 3 km to the store.

The location of the property is ideal for outdoor activities: you can access the ski slope directly from the yard and the nearest ski lift is in the backyard (70m). You can ski down directly to the yard of this cottage from the longest ski slope in Finland! There is also a snowshoeing trail to Ylläs fell from the backyard. Our small cottage with sauna, located in the center of Äkäslompolo village in Lapland, along the old reindeer trail, is an excellent destination for one or two people. In the sauna of the cottage, you can enjoy the steam of a traditional wood-fired sauna. All the village's services are within walking distance and buses to the airport or train station leave from the courtyard of a nearby hotel a couple of hundred meters away.
