마당과 옥상이 딸린 독채 단층 단독주택입니다. 방 3개와 욕실 2개 거실. 두개의 방에 TV가 설치되어 있음. 주방은 마당과 통하는 문이 있어 요리 후 마당 테이블에서 식사도 할 수 있습니다. 마루에 앉아 현관 방충망만 닫아 놓고 자연 바람을 맞으며 휴식합니다. 각방의 매트리스와 침구는 호텔 납품용이며 폭신폭신 뽀송뽀송합니다. 월풀 대형 건조기가 있으며, 살균 건조된 대형 타올과 일반 타올을 쓰고 남을 만큼 충분히 제공합니다. 마당 테이블에서는 티타임을, 옥상에서는 썬베드에 누워 휴식을 취할 수 있지요. 마당과 옥상에서 흡연 가능합니다.
