The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Cruck Cottage Shepherds Huts - Woodside Hut

This is one of three lovely shepherds hut in a woodland garden retreat. We are five minutes walk from the pretty dales town of Pateley Bridge and a field away from the Nidderdale Way. Woodside Hut has a double bed, wood burning stove and small kitchen with two ring hob and fridge. We have separate showers and toilets with underfloor heating and a secure drying room. This shepherds hut is in a gorgeous rural location. The hut has electricity and hot water, it will be a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is a recently added hot tub, to relax in and soak up the gorgeous view. A fire pit and an outdoor table, plus cooking facilities in the hut. It is in a romantic and peaceful location. We are close to Castle Howard, Yorkshire Lavender and many other wonderful places to visit. Fabulous for keen walkers and popular area for cyclists.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Croft Farm Shepherd's Hut, Hardraw, Pennine Way

Spend a night in Hardraw, in the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully crafted shepherds hut is located on a working farm, with sheep, cattle, hens and pigs. Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.
