A BREAK in the countryside, a stone's throw (4 km) from the A75 highway, coming from the south: Issoire, exit 8 Coudes, Vic-le-Comte, follow Yronde and Buron, buron from the north: Clermont-Ferrand, exit 7 Montpeyroux, Vic-le-Comte, Yronde and Buron, charming village (no shops, just a bread distributor, next to the school) well located, on the edge of the village, independent without neighbors, easy parking.

The highest house in Usson, one of the most beautiful villages in France, 2 bedrooms and a living room each with access to the outside, 3 terraces on 3 levels and 3 orientations (east, south and west, for the sunset!), 2 with a 180° view of Auvergne and its volcanoes. Ideal for a couple, and perfectly located 20 minutes south of Clermont-Fd, 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Vulcania, 20 minutes from Issoire. You will also have access to the natural parks of Forez and Cézallier, renowned for their exceptional flora and fauna. The historic center of Vic also offers beautiful heritage walks.

For your convenience, it is important to know in advance that the staircase is custom-made, with small straight steps.

Quiet, in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, 3 km from the highway, this small house is perfect for a discovery stay or a break on the road. Between Puy de Dôme and the Sancy range, you will be at the perfect location for beautiful walks and cultural visits... many fishing sites. 40 minutes from the ski slopes and 30 minutes from a cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding center... with "brown bag room" and rental possible on site.

Relax 15 minutes' walk to Issoire city center and enjoy our garden! Independent accommodation located on the ground floor of our house. At your disposal: a bedroom and a private bathroom but no kitchen inside (there is a fridge and a microwave oven only). Summer kitchen in the garden (ceramic hob) with table and covered relaxation area. Baby bed and chair loan. Bike loan. Quick access to A75, Super Besse: 45 minutes. Bikers welcome.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Enjoy a stylish and new 1* rated place. The studio is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the city center, close to various accesses. It consists of a 140 x 200 sofa bed with a comfortable mattress and has a bathroom with a small shower. Sheets and towels are provided. La cabane

You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...
