Large living room with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, small bedroom downstairs, upstairs spacious bedroom and TV area (mezzanine not closed and not secure for children!) Wood-burning stove, no Wi-Fi, 4G network. Living room with pool table! At the start of many trails, 5 minutes from the Lac de Lavalette nautical complex, 10 minutes from the Himalayan Bridge and 2 minutes from the Via Fluvia greenway!
