It is only 50 m to the grocery store. Approx. 7 minutes' walk to the bus, light rail and a large shopping centre. 12 minutes by train to the airport and 33 minutes to the city centre. The express bus takes 17 minutes to the city centre. Large free parking at the property.

This is a room that contains two sleeping places. There are cooking possibilities, fridge and access to your own shower and toilet. There is also its own private, undisturbed quay and some fishing equipment. Here, there is a view of Raunefjorden and the islands to the west. You can hear the planes, but the place is peaceful, scenic and undisturbed. Use of the sauna costs NOK 400 (electricity + cleaning). The water in the tap is roof water. Bottled water has been provided. Please note that the toilet composts paper and faeces and is only emptied when it is full; there is no flushing.
