Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. From here you can explore the Stockholm archipelago with all its amazing islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you can imagine.

Resarö is located in the municipality of Vaxholm, which is also called the archipelago capital. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need of a ferry. Communication to Stockholm and Vaxholm City is good, there are buses almost 24 hours. If you are coming from Arlanda Airport (ARN), it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. Nestled in a lush garden with animals, nature, and ocean into the knot. The bathing pier in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters from the house.
