The small villa has an indoor area of approximately 32 pings (106 m²) and an outdoor space of up to 14,000 pings (46,067 m²). The garden is managed in a fully eco-friendly manner, with a commitment to not using pesticides and preserving the purity of the air and the natural landscape.Each season offers its own unique scenery, and the park is rich in wildlife. You can often spot birds such as the lesser crested hornbill, great hornbill, five-coloured pigeon and white-headed bulbul flitting through the forest.
