We loved our stay here. Luis and his wife Marie Cruz are wonderful, wonderful people. With hearts of gold! They did everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. A cute and basic little hut with everything you need for a few days away from the hustle of the Mexican cities. It lies beautifully next to Lago Tziscao and with a nice view from the room. There is a private bathroom with plenty of hot water. We also really enjoyed the feature of the hammock where we relaxed and cuddled their dog, Roki, who was so sweet. In general, the family who owns this place are really kind and helpful and we felt at home at their place. They have a restaurant on the site with very good food, breakfast and dinner, for a good price. The place in general could use a little tidying up, but it didn't bother us too much and it looked like they were working on some improvements. Tip: Can recommend taking the mototaxi from the town if you arrive by colectivo as we did and have all of your belongings with you. There is a tourist centre almost close by where you can rent kayaks and have a nice swim.

It's a really nice and super quiet place. If you are looking to get rid of the noise of the city and have a few quiet days is the place. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend it. My husband and I spent a few very quiet and happy days around here 🙌🏻☺️

Very nice place, you hear the river go by during the night and it is relaxing, they also have various activities that you can do with them, unfortunately I couldn't do any because the day I stayed they had an event and there were no staff in the stay. Of course, they rent bicycles for a very good price and with that you can get around the area.

A beautiful, relaxing place. Monica, was very quick to respond to questions. The caretaker, Victor and his son were wonderful. Friendly and informative. They shared their love of horses with us and offered to take us to the local cenote and laguna. We were invited to stop at the ranch and see their beautiful horses on our way out of town. We will be returning for another visit to check out some of the local spots with Victor.
