For your vacation, we offer comfortable 2-room apartments in our guest house on Kurskaya. We are located in a private sector between two attractions, the Black Sea and the Kuyalnik Estuary. Malibu beach is a 15-minute walk away, the descent is gentle, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those with children in a stroller. 900 m to the sea. There is a parking lot and a playground. Nearby there are Metro and Riviera shopping centers, Marseille mini market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Ideal for couples, solo travelers, couples with kid, those who appreciate the atmosphere of comfort, silence, greenery and walks to the sea.
