Car essential, Epernon train station is 8 km away shopping 4 km away The cottage is independent in a spacious garden, all wood, with a terrace by the water. Comfortable accommodation, well insulated and heated, with double bed in 140, bathroom, toilet and well-equipped kitchenette A corner of paradise rated 2 stars. If you don't have a car but have bicycles, you can come by train with your bicycles, to Maintenon.

Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

In the heart of a small village, 35 min from Paris by car or train, 25 min from the Palace of Versailles and 5 min from the Thoiry Zoo. The house is independent, surrounded by a 1300 m2 enclosed garden with a private and heated swimming pool (10 m2). Upon arrival, the cleaning is done, the beds are ready, towels are provided as well as foutas for the pool. We provide the basic necessities: coffee beans (for 10 to 15 coffees), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher products, etc.

Le Cottage, peaceful oasis near Giverny

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.

This wonderful residence, formerly owned by a famous French actor, and its garden form part of a hectare wide park. Frequent deer. Unique view on the French countryside.
