Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

Our garden suite with king size bed, romantic bath tub, outdoor kitchen and private garden is located at the Southern part of Zaandam, a town close to Amsterdam North. Zaandam is well known for its’ maritime history and hosts the famous open air museum Zaanse Schans. Our place is a great hub to explore Amsterdam and its surroundings, like Zandvoort beach and charming Haarlem. Cozy and peaceful, the garden suite is a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Zaandam Cottage Centre - Zaanse Schans Amsterdam

This cottage is located between the typical green Zaanse houses, a few minutes' walk from the center of Zaandam, a 10-minute bike ride from the Zaanse Schans and 12 minutes from Amsterdam city centre. It is contemporary furnished and fully equipped. Your receive bed linen, towels, coffee, tea from us. The entire cottage is yours. On a sidenote: if your purpose will be just hanging around our property and smoke marihuana, than this accommodation is likely not for you.

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated with an en-suite bathroom and is located in a quiet location right on the waterfront. The bus stop to Amsterdam Centraal is a 1-minute walk away. Train is a 5-minute walk away. The lively center of Purmerend, De Koemarkt, is a 2-minute walk away with various restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a large shopping center. Private entrance with 24/7 access and access code. A lovely mansion with a lovely spacious garden 3 minutes away from the train station, 10 minutes from Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans. Sometimes, you think you are in the countryside because, despite being right in the center of Zaandam, the birds wake you up in the morning and the dead-end street is wonderfully quiet. A few minutes away, you are on the Dam van Zaandam, and with the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam around the corner, you can do what you like.

In the room has all the amenities. The guest entrance is in our back yard with its own front door, so that you are free. This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome

Relax and enjoy the great view over the beautiful nature reserve Het Twiske. Along an adjacent hiking trail, you can discover Het Twiske on foot. Here you can enjoy nature, relax on one of the beaches, swim, hike, bike, bird watch and canoe. Special locations such as Amsterdam, Volendam and the Zaanse Schans can be reached in 20 minutes. The guest house is brand new and has everything you will need. There is free parking at the door.
