The house is accessible by public transport, but carrying a lot of luggage may be challenging.

If you get home from a city walk or an evening wine, the relaxing, private jacuzzi at the end of the garden awaits you. During the winter period from November to May, the use of the jacuzzi is available at an extra cost. The price shown does not include the tourist tax! Children (0-14 years) and pets are not allowed!

The Villa is mediterran style, located in a nature reserve area. The Fáy Prés House Restaurant is 150 meters from the villa, 3 km from Hungaroring race track. View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.

On summer it's cooler than in the hot city, the autumn is simply beautiful, and - surprise - the grey winter fog is even more beautiful by the side of the tiled stove. My place is a 9th floor apartment with a good atmosphere and a balcony with a great view. Nearby shopping / TESCO, Lidl, etc.../ are within reach, and delicious pastries can be purchased from the bakery opposite for breakfast. The apartment can be easily accessed by elevator, small-large, old and young. If you'd like to spend a few days in an affordable, pleasant place - you've found the right place. Welcome to our lake house, which offers an unforgettable escape from reality in beautiful untouched nature. The house with a terrace is located on a huge plot with its own pond in absolute privacy. It is modernly furnished, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Of course, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking.
