Comfortable ground floor apartment in downtown Zac

Beautiful apartment a few steps from the heart of Zacatecas. Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this cozy house ideal for families. TERRACE: It is for the exclusive use of guests and the entry of more people or the holding of events is not permitted. PARKING: We do not have a garage, but there is space available on the public road right in front of the house. It is a safe area and is monitored with video surveillance cameras. It is worth mentioning that we have never had incidents.

We have eight apartments right here. This apartment is on the first floor, very comfortable for older people, and has two separate bathrooms. The dining room area is very open and lends itself very well to family or work gatherings. It's a great place for families of up to 6 people or for people who come to work and are looking for privacy and good internet. It is important to know that no noise is allowed after midnight. No after-hours parties or loud noises

Located 10 minutes from the historic center by vehicle. It is also 2 blocks from a road distributor through which you can exit and quickly go anywhere in the city of Zacatecas.

Beautiful newly remodeled apartment, on the upper beach in the historic center of Zacatecas, just a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Located on the fourth floor without an elevator. You need to climb 40 stairs interspersed between the 3 floors. It is easily accessible, and the area is quiet and safe. Not recommended for senior citizens. Maximum occupancy 2 people. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS

Your stay in the heart of Zacatecas.

Our space is cozy and contemporary. It has all the amenities, rooms and bathroom completely renovated with beautiful tiles as well as a new and comfortable kitchenette. We are in the historic center of the city of Zacatecas, 5 minutes from the Cathedral. Not suitable for seniors due to the stairs.

A comfortable sleeping area features a double bed adorned with neutral-toned bedding. Above the bed, four framed abstract prints enhance the blue accent wall. A bedside table holds a lamp, while a small shelf displays books and additional linens.
