My house is located within the exclusive and guarded subdivision of Club Morocco in Subic, Zambales. It is near the waters of Subic Bay and about 20 minutes away from SBMA. Guests can enjoy the facilities of the clubhouse with corresponding fees. The house is surrounded by sprawling plants. It has 2 living and dining areas, 2 kitchens, 2 showers and bathrooms, 1 powder room, 4 bedrooms, and a back porch with an amazing view of the Subic sea.
