Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Sant'Andrea House "La Solana"

*Between a reservation and another there's an empty day used to clean and sanitize the house, (ozone machine)* A few minutes of distance from the little gulf of Sant'Andrea with the beautiful sandy beach, rocky surface and the cove of Cotoncello. There's a little bakery almost in front of the house and a tiny market at the closest village La Zanca (5 mins by foot) and a little bar, perfect during the sunset to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers with a wonderful orange seascape view.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Casa Gelso is located in Patresi, on the west side, in one of the most fascinating areas of the island. The crystal clear sea, the tranquility and the sunsets over nearby Corsica will make you fall in love with this place. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with a private parking space and a beautiful terrace for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade of a bamboo pergola.  It is the perfect solution for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation.

Comfortable and spacious environment, located on the first floor 100 meters from the Cotoncello beach, a 2-year-old can do it. Surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area, parking adjacent to the house. Family environment A four-minute drive away is a well-stocked grocery store. Cleaning follows ministerial protocols, the pandemic has been overcome and it is no longer necessary to bring personal pillows. Linens are available upon request and are considered extra.

Two-room apartment with a sea view

Two-room apartment consisting of a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Incredible view of Corsica and Capraia, located in the middle of nature, recently renovated. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts with trails just a few steps from the house. The sea is 1.6 km away and can be easily reached by your own vehicle or shuttle service with a stop in front of the private parking lot reserved for the apartment. We do not provide linens.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The private terrace is large and furnished overlooking the sea and the orchard/vineyard, in front there are no houses, the silence is perfect for resting and enjoying beautiful nature. Annex immersed in the garden of a typical Tuscan farm, we are in the countryside of Marina di Castagneto Carducci close to the sea, which can be reached on foot or by bike along the adjacent cycle path for about 2 km. A spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, a separate entrance and a large garden available. Perfect retreat for travelers looking for a quiet, romantic and relaxing space.

Villa Vista Elba island

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.
