They can use the house without restriction. On the ground floor is the kitchen with extensive furnishings (microwave, kettle, oven, hot plates, coffee pad machine, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, toaster, etc.) and dining table with space for 6 people, a living room with a large couch and projector (3 m wide), as well as the bathroom with shower, large mirror and washing machine. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a double and single bed each (only for 4 or more people, otherwise 1 bedroom). The garden with lounge furniture (only in summer) can of course also be used without restriction. The Wi-Fi was subjected to an online test and declared "very fast." Parking is available in front of the house. (Free on the street)

Housing in the garden

Accommodation in the garden house is a quiet place in the middle of the village of Bratronice. The house is located in a fruit orchard. Near the house there are dense forests, rocks, the Berounka River and a castle. The place is ideal for trips to nature. The property is fenced, so the dogs have nowhere to run. Parking is on the other side of the garden than the garden house. There are two pubs in the village, where they only cook Mon-Fri 11:00-14:00. There is also a basic grocery store 7:00-18:00. The house is heated by underfloor heating.

The NBnB (built in 2019) is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area in Schwandorf. The historical centre and the main station are about 4 by car and about 20 min. on foot. Schwandorf, which is located in the middle of Oberpfälzer Seenland, is surrounded by relaxing nature and rural peace - the world cultural heritage city of Regensburg is only 25 min. away. The nearby lakes offer you a variety of leisure activities, such as hiking, cycling, canoeing, wakeboarding, fishing ect..

U Váhy Jáchymov

Accommodation U Váhy is located in the spa town of Jáchymov, suitable families with children. Outdoor seating with a grill can be used year-round thanks to a gas heat emitter. FREE infrared sauna for guests. There is a small garden with a sandpit for children. Parking in front of the house in summer for 3 cars and in winter for 2 cars. We do not rent the apartment for the purpose of organizing celebrations, parties and one-day rentals. Capacity up to 6 people. In the summer months, there is a small garden with a seating area and a grill.
