Casa Mondo is a newly built detached house located on the edge of small place Zbandaj approximately 8 kilometres from Porec. The house was built in 2014 with modern materials and with superior thermal and acoustic isolation (low energy house). The house has an enclosed garden of 600 sqm with a maintained lawn and boasts outdoor facilities such as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, built in barbecue and dining and seating area, swimming pool of 34 sqm with waterfall, parking for two cars.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The house is 200 m away from the center, 200m from the store, 5,000m from the sea, 200 m away from the restaurant, the doctor is 300 m away, the pharmacy is 300 m away.

Vacation home Una with 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Villa Dunja, Loborika, family house with pool

Villa Dunja is located in a quiet location with a private pool near Pula. This beautiful accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people and is 10 km from the sea. You can walk to the restaurant, market and cafe bar. The villa covers more than 500m2 of the yard and 130m2 of the house. In the private garden there is a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a barbecue with garden furniture and an outdoor table. The whole house is air-conditioned and has a free Wi-Fi connection.

The pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming system. House has his own private parking space and it has his own entrance and private yard. Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
