There are four bedrooms in the attic, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. The house is partially cellared. Parking is possible at the house or in the garage. The garden has an indoor pool and a covered terrace with seating.

Budova stojí ve vnitrobloku s výhledem do zahrad, takže i v centru města tu zažijete klid a pohodu. Byt je plně vybaven, nechybí myčka, pračka ani fén, a díky self check-inu můžete dorazit kdykoliv.
