Kitchen with modern facilities and 5 dining areas as well as small sofa. Access to private terrace with barbecue and shared garden. Bathroom with shower and changing area. Lovely view of the garden and fields. Fire pit, hill with a view, 850 m to lovely beach. We have chickens, beekeeping and eco-manage on the farm. Electric car charger 11W.

There is plenty of opportunity for walking and cycling tours to the scenic juniper field. A gem for nature lovers year round. You can shop at the nearby campsite or in Otterup. There is a heating fan and a wood stove. The tenant provides wood for himself. Animals are not allowed in the house! Electricity is billed on departure - 7kr (1euro)/kWh.

Welcome to our idyllic summerhouse!

Our summerhouse is located in Evetofte/Melby on a lovely, well planted and sunny plot of land. Biking distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes, and a cozy shop life. It's really Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light as the sun sets after a long day of beauty. In the last few years, we updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, after-insulated, new thermal windows, and a whole new garden.
